Fikrova applies this policy in accordance with applicable Algerian law, including Law No. 18-07 on personal-data protection. Operational records stored locally inside a Fikrova product are not uploaded by default.
Who is responsible
Fikrova provides the website, customer portal, licensing server, software delivery, and support services described in this policy.
Privacy requests can be sent to support@fikrova.com. We may verify the requester before disclosing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account information.
Information we collect
Account and contact information: name, email, phone number, country, login identifiers, and language preference.
Commercial information: products, license plan, payment status, payment reference, and receipt files that you voluntarily submit.
Licensing and device information: product code, license identifier, machine identifier, activation status, application version, IP address, timestamps, and update events.
Support and security information: tickets, messages, remote-support records, audit events, authentication attempts, and diagnostic or crash information you choose to send.
Why we use information
To create and secure customer accounts; issue trials and paid licenses; bind licenses to authorized devices; validate, renew, suspend, or recover access; deliver updates; process payment evidence; answer support requests; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain backups; and comply with legal obligations.
We process information where it is needed to provide the requested contract or service, protect the platform, comply with law, or act on your consent where consent is required.
Local product data
Operational records entered in Madrasati, PermisPro, or another Fikrova desktop product are designed to remain in the customer's local database. Normal licensing checks do not upload that database.
If you deliberately send a backup, screenshot, report, or database to support, we use it only to resolve the request and restrict access to authorized support personnel. Remove unnecessary personal information before sharing whenever possible.
Optional cloud backup
Cloud Backup is a separately controlled service. A database is uploaded only after the customer activates the service and the software reports a valid entitlement. Backups may contain the operational and personal information entered in the licensed product.
Backups are encrypted and subject to the storage quota, retention count, rotation rules, and entitlement period displayed by Fikrova. Older copies may be deleted automatically. Customers must keep an independent local backup; no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery in every circumstance.
Access from a replacement device requires a verified customer account, ownership checks, and an eligible product licence or backup entitlement. When the service ends, uploads and downloads may be suspended and retained copies may later be deleted according to the applicable retention policy and legal duties.
Service providers and disclosures
We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure, email-delivery, backup, security, and communication providers only to operate Fikrova services.
WhatsApp, TeamViewer, email, and similar support tools are used only when you initiate or authorize that channel and are governed by their own privacy terms.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, a competent authority, or to protect customers, Fikrova, and the integrity of the licensing service.
Retention
We retain account, licensing, payment, and audit information for the period needed to provide the service, establish transaction history, prevent abuse, meet accounting or legal duties, and resolve disputes.
Short-lived verification and reset codes are retained only for their configured validity and security period. Backups are rotated. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized when reasonably possible.
Security
We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted transport, protected secrets, audit logging, rate limits, signed license data, and encrypted backups where appropriate. No system can guarantee absolute security, so customers must also secure their Windows accounts, email, backups, and remote-support sessions.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or an explanation of personal information associated with your Fikrova account. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
You may end a remote-support session at any time and may choose not to send optional diagnostics. Deleting an account does not automatically erase transaction records that Fikrova must lawfully retain.
Policy updates
Fikrova may update this policy as services, security practices, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date are displayed on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website, portal, software, or registered email when reasonably appropriate.
